No outdoor music used at any time. Music inside shall not be heard beyond the property line. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise are prohibited from 10PM- 8AM. These are City regulations. Occupants shall respect the neighbors privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Maximum of 2 cars are allowed for this unit. The TOT Tax Rate is 13%. Cathedral City, 12% and Palm Springs (GPSTBID) 1%. The Desert Princess HOA requires a 3 nights minimum stay.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire condo. Garage parking is also available. Garage door code is 2388 - Enter. To close - press any key. Usually there is always plenty of parking in front of the unit at the parking lot. However, sometimes at busy times it is full. In that case it is ok to park on the main street.

My friend and I found this condo to be perfect for the two of us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom with the living area in the middle. Lovely view of the golf course and beautiful sunrises. We took some nice walks in the development that has some dedicated, well designed walking paths. All in all a comfortable place to stay in the Cathedral City/Palm Springs area.

Ron and Lisa's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Ron and Lisa were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location in Cathedral City was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. We especially loved exploring the nearby hiking trails and enjoying the local vibe. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Cathedral City!

The property was exactly as we expected—peaceful, with lovely surroundings, and very convenient for our purpose (golf). We loved the double master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. We also appreciated the recently remodeled interior, which was very clean, modern, and free of unnecessary clutter. The patio was great, and our small dog was absolutely happy playing outdoors.

Spacious and well laid out unit, with essentially two primary suites on either side of the living room. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking some meals. Beds were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed touring around the beautiful golf course and using the hot tub by the nearby pool. The proximity to downtown was just a short drive. Would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Palm Springs!
